Voluntary insurance, insurance that employees may choose to purchase through their employers at rates that are lower than they can get on their own, can play an important role in the benefit package you offer- at little or no direct cost to your company. Filling gaps in coverage, voluntary solutions can help employers offer a more comprehensive benefit package.
Employees may be interested in purchasing additional life insurance and/or benefits that may not be offered to them such as dental, vision or disability insurance.
