Medical Protective and Professional Insurance Programs are pleased to announce that registration is now open for our annual Risk Management Seminar. The topic this year will be, Dental Risk Management Practices That Control and Reduce Malpractice Exposure.
The seminar will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022, from 8 a.m. – Noon at West Bend Mutual Insurance Company Prairie Center in West Bend. By participating in this seminar, you can earn continuing dental education credits (CDEs) and if you are a MedPro policy holder, you may be eligible for a 7.5% risk management premium credit for the next three policy renewals.
We will also be offering a 2-hour course titled OSHA and Infection Control in the Post-Pandemic Era. following the seminar, from 1 – 3 p.m. The objectives of the course are:
- Recognize the role of OSHA in promoting dental healthcare provider safety in a post-pandemic era.
- Understand and implement current CDC guidelines to reduce the risk of respiratory disease transmission in dental settings.
