MedPro Coverage Reminder: Report These Events Promptly

Certain events must be reported to MedPro promptly. Failing to report them can jeopardize coverage.

Important reminder

You are required to notify MedPro if you receive any complaint, inquiry, or investigation from the Dental Examining Board, even if it seems informal or you believe it will be resolved quickly.

Other situations that must be reported

You must also notify MedPro if any of the following occur:

  • A change in your specialty or procedures performed
  • Suspension, restriction, or revocation of your dental license or hospital privileges
  • Any criminal indictment
  • A lawsuit settlement or verdict that MedPro did not defend

Why this matters

These disclosures are required under your policy. Reporting early helps MedPro respond appropriately and helps protect your coverage.

If you are unsure whether something needs to be reported, it is best to ask.

If you have questions or would like help with contacting MedPro, please reach out to us. We are happy to assist.
